I didn’t have much experience with yoga, but I had read about its benefits and really wanted to start practicing it. Fining Maria was one of the best hings that evern happened to me. Both, she as a person and her professionalis are something out of the ordinary. I don’t really know how to explain it, is is her way of teaching, of applying the art of different types of yoga depending on your needs or your physical issues. She helps you to know your body, to know how to listen to it, to heal it. She is just wonderful.
