It is incredible how many things we can learn in the company of others, especially when compassion and unconditional love are presented.

Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a space created by you and me so we can explore everything that you might struggle with or not. Therapy is not only for people who encounters mental health issues but for everyone. It is a journey of self-exploration, where it fertilises the ground for allowing your authentic self to flourish.

Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy is not a replacement for your psychotherapeutic journey, but rather a complementary element. Together, we create a safe space, where you can re-discover the connection with your body.

Private Yoga
Private yoga classes refer to all the classes that are not public. Eager individuals or groups that want tailored classes matching their individual needs can apply for this option. We will focus together on elements you want to improve in your practice, learning new variations and tricks to keep you safe and support you to go further.
Psychotherapy
I will have to warn you here so to drop all of your expectations on fixing, on positivity and negativity, on finding techniques and solutions. Instead, allow yourself to enjoy this ride. As I mentioned above, it is a space created by both of us, a safe space where you can allow yourself to be who you are, without judgments or expectations. Here, we won’t be doing what is required by out there, but rather intending on rather being and allowing whatever emerges to emerge. We seek to embrace ourselves as a whole – body and mind –

Often it gets intense, other times light full of laughing, and above all it is SAFE. Often, we might experiment with different ways of being. or rehearsing for this big meeting, or talk or whatever it is that you are bringing in the session. Other times, we might just stay with what is, widening our capacity to hold the “bad stuff” and at the same time hold the “good stuff ” too. The majority of the times though, we practice our self-compassion and self-respect, through being listened, acknowledged and validated.
Yoga therapy
ItA yoga that is not focusing only on the physical side of yoga. In this yoga we explore the philosophy of yoga in combination with the gestalt psychotherapy teachings, in motion. The aim is to re-connect ourselves back to our bodies in a safe environment with lots of variations to follow. Expect a slower practice with
pranayama, asana, philosophy, and meditation
It can be done in groups or 1:1
Private Yoga
From Corporate Clients to Individuals and groups, that want this special attention, a little spice added to their daily life. It doesn’t require any level or experience of yoga. You might seek fitness, a place to meditate, a place to relax, to reflect and work on mobility and flexibility, it can be all of that, some of it or none of the above. And you are here, wanting to start something new, something that will transform your life.
in all classes variations are offered and adjusted to your needs.
Expect some meditation, and breath work during the practice. All the other expectations are gently asked to be placed off the matt.
